Should Madonna feel bad that her not putting baby David in a car seat is not causing anywhere near the mahem it did when Britney did something similar? Are her antics not a big deal anymore?

I guess Britney had her baby on her lap right near a baby head decapitating air bag. Yeah, that might be worse. Still, Madonna shouldve known better. (from this photo I do see how David is in any kind of seatbelt, despite what Madonnas people try and spin)
