Bono isn't English, so he is not a Sir, but he is an honorary knight. Love Bono, but if I had to hear him refer to himself as Sir Bono I might not like him so much. It's like when I heard Eddie Vedder asks for discounts at local Seattle stores (allegedly of course). Disappointing.
