What Did We Do Before Al Gore's Movie?

Why is everyone getting green all of a sudden? Because of An Inconvient Truth? Don't get me wrong, I am all for it. But I have a feeling it's going to be like oat bran. Remember when that was the food to eat? Gotta have oat bran muffins. And where are oat bran muffins now I ask you?

Obviously I wasn't an effective Environmentally Reporter for my college tv show. I was talking about recycling then, and I even remember thinking "doesn't everyone know this already?"
