The Black Man in Drag Conspiracy

Dave Chappelle explains to Oprah why he left his show- not drugs, not a breakdown, just stress. Although, he does come off a tad paranoid and nutty. Even Oprah thought so.

"Now that sounds a little crazy" Oprah tells Dave after he says he went to Africa and did not tell his wife and kids, only his brother.

Right before the first commercial break he says: "It was almost like..I dont know, it was almost as if this was happening deliberately". And damn if that Oprah didnt ask what he meant by "deliberately" when they got back from break. Damn you Dark Crusader Oprah!

Oprah asked if he was in a psychiatric hospital in Africa, Chappelle responds, "who goes from America to Africa for medical attention?"

But the best part was when he discussed the little know Black Man in Drag Conspiracy:

"I'm a conspiracy theorist to a degree...I connect dots that maybe shouldn't be connected I don't know...but certain dots like when I see they put every black man in movies in a dress at some point in their career...why do all these brothers have to wear a dress?"

"I started thinking about it... all the comics that I've seen... strong brothers... why do they put us in these dresses?"

His pal Martin Lawrence no doubt wants Chappelle to shut up about the Black Man in Drag Conspiracy Theory. Lawrence will get a brazilian wax for a job if that's what it takes
