Crash had been gaining momentum in the weeks leading up to the Oscars, and many people/critics predicted Crash would win. So, it wasn't an upset so much as it was upsetting.

I don't think Brokeback should've won either (although glad Ang won...I thought it was cute when he told the Oscar he didn't know how to quit him...you know he's been holding onto that joke for awhile).
