Chloe wins. I like her, but her line was not the best of the 3 finalists. Too prom dressy.
This models pelvic bones stick out, why this is appealing in fashion I'll never know.
Daniel V. had some good pieces but the judges were harsh on him, saying he didn't have a story. Well, Chloe didn't have a story either. Nina Garcia annoys.
The judges felt Santino played it too safe. You could tell they wanted him to be funky, that is why they kept him in the competition. His line was a little too much like lingerie.
