Mariah's tour kicks off in Miami.
Once I bought boy shorts underwear and when I wore them they just looked like big Bridget Jones granny panties. Looks like Mariah has the same problem here.

I don't think Mariah looks good in these outfits. Maybe in person she does, but on tv or print, she just looks cheap imo.
