Here's Renee at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in jeans. Buzz is that her luggage was lost which means she's pretty cool for still showing up, where most actresses wouldn't dare.

I applaud her for still showing up at her appearance and not being a no-show just because her flight was delayed, however surely there is a high-fashion ready-to-wear clothing store her assistant could run off to and pick something for her quickly that she could slip on somewhere in Karlovy Vary. She wouldn't have to change her shoes. They're black and heels. That'll suffice. Anyway, good on her for still showing up.
