That's movie critic Roger Ebert. He has gone through many surgeries for cancer, and part of his jaw has been removed. He can't talk. He can't eat or drink.
Doctors carved bone, skin and tissue from his back, arm and leg to rebuild his jaw and throat. It was unsuccessful.
He'll be on Oprah on Tuesday.
