Personally, I think the eating while talking is more offensive. The President of the United States chews with his mouth open! We call people who do that chompers.
Also, Bush seems a little non-chalant about the subject, does he not? The pause after Bush says sh*t is priceless...either Blair can't believe what he just heard, or he can't believe what Bush is saying (his solution).
Watching Blair and Bush talk is like watching Matt Lauer talk to Britney Spears.
