This product helps keep your head in place while sleeping on a plane. It's $99 (!) and was a featured item on Daily Candy (a website that is suppose to be hip, but now I'm beginning to wonder).Choose the inflight movie and avoid looking like an idiot.

I have to say, I would rather wear this than have my head bob up and down a million times with slobber running down my face.
Also it might make for some interesting "adult play." Heh, heh...
