Edwards Admits Affair, Denies Fathering Child

John Edwards admitted to having an affair while his wife was battling cancer. Edwards was almost forced to comment, due to the National Enquirer reporting that Edwards was visiting his baby and baby mama at a hotel.

Edwards denies fathering the child. Why would he visit his former (or is she still current?) mistress and her child that was fathered by another man? Something tells me Edwards thinks he'd be ok admitting the affair, but not the child.

Ugh, it's so cliche to cheat on your wife when she's ill. Right, McCain? (ha- you knew I'd get a dig in there somewhere)
