Oh Brit....

I'm not quite sure I understand the disaster that is Britney Spears these days. She wore this "outfit" to an event in NYC. The same event where she almost dropped her baby on the street. She always looks like she forgot a piece of her outfit. This time she caught it but it's like, "Oh my God I almost left my hotel room without a shirt on, so she grabbed a smock and threw it on." It didn't quite fix the problem.
