Paris said she felt bad giving the puppies away so she kept them. Ellen informs Paris that you have to spay and neuter your pets, to which Paris says they all were just fixed...except 2.
Seriously, what the f*ck is wrong with her?
And, I'm pretty sure there is a limit on how many animals you can have. It was initially probably started as the crazy cat lady law, but now it can be the doesn't matter how much money you have you can still be a f*cking moron law.

Good lord she's an idiot. While she's getting her dogs spayed and neutered, I hope the vet neuters Paris. I will chip in to pay for it. Or maybe Grandpa Hilton is already doing that?
I've long given up believing that life is fair - but why is she still allowed in my country? Can't we export her to Ghana or some other country that lacks a dimwitted heiress?
