Anna Nicole Smith Leaves Everything to Son

Anna left everything (which is what? a bottle of methadone? did she have any money?) to her son Daniel, who died last year. Now, the will is all up in the air. Some questions:

-Why not revise the will after Danny died?
-Why not revise the will after Dannielynn was born?
-If Howard K. Stern was after her money, why does the will not leave anything to future children or husbands? (he is a lawyer, so he would know every word that is in her will and they were allegedly getting officially married at the end of the month)
-If Howard K. Stern is the baby daddy, why wouldnt he include the baby in the will
-Does Dannielynn get everything because she is the next of kin?
-How do you spell Dannielynn?
-Is there some weird Bahamas law that allows Howard K. Stern to get everything? I am suspicious as to why they went there.

The document said Smith's lawyer and boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, should be her executor and hold her estate in trust for son Daniel Smith. But her son died last September at age 20 of apparently drug-related causes, days after the birth of the pinup's daughter, Dannielynn.

And the will explicitly leaves out anything for anyone other than the son.

"I have intentionally omitted to provide for my spouse and other heirs, including future spouses and children and other descendants now living and those hereafter born or adopted," Smith said in the will, which was signed under her legal name, Vickie Lynn Marshall.
