(It should be noted that on some popular repub blogs Ms. Hughes was referred to as a parasite. How's that for some human compassion.)
The town hall in Florida today was heartbreaking. A woman in the audience stood patiently to ask a question. When the mic was handed to her, she begged Obama for help. She appeared to be in her 60's, and implied she (and famiy?) were living in a car. He walked over to her, grabbed her hand and kissed her cheek. Some in the audience shrieked. He started to tell her there were many in her situation, but then said he would have his staff contact her. Calling Oprah!
