and Huckabee! What is with this guy? Driving me nuts. Why aren't any of the other candidates there? I have to quit posting on this loon, I'm giving him way too much attention.

All you have to do is what the vast majority of Republican voters are doing - ignore Huckabee. He'll go away without votes and money.
